1. Master Service Agreement

By accessing this portal or engaging our culinary services, you enter into a legally binding contract with GOOD LIFE CHEFS LTD (Company No. 8273641). These terms supersede all prior verbal or written manifestations. Our services are strictly for users aged 18 and over.

2. Financial Terms & VAT

All quotations are in GBP. Unless explicitly stated, rates are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate. For enterprise contracts, a 50% non-refundable mobilization deposit is required prior to the commencement of logistical operations. Late payments accrue interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum.

3. Culinary Liability & Allergens

While we adhere to strict cross-contamination protocols, our kitchens handle diverse allergens. The Corporation assumes no liability for adverse physiological reactions unless a specific "Medical-Grade Diet" contract is in place and the client has provided a verified allergen profile at least 72 hours prior to delivery. Our maximum liability for any service failure is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

4. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with our services.
